THE CRAFT

For Gadget II, we transitioned beyond simple renders into the realm of 'Digital Photography.' Every shader, from the procedural grain of reclaimed wood to the complex weave of textile cushions, was mathematically generated to ensure maximum physical fidelity.

The Challenge

"How do we capture the 'soul' and tactile essence of a material in a purely digital, mathematically-driven environment?"

SOLUTION
We utilized custom-sampled light profiles from actual Dakar sunlight and deployed PBR (Physically Based Rendering) workflows to ensure consistent material reaction across different lighting conditions.
